VIDEO Should Sanctuary City Leaders Face Criminal Charges?

Federal criminal law offers an answer for sanctuary towns led by radical, open-borders, politicians who harbor unlawful extraterrestrial beings.  As opposed to penalize the lawful residents, why now not prosecute sanctuary town leaders?
Is that a thorough concept?  No, it’s the regulation.  It’s a federal felony to inspire an alien to enter or live in the u.S..  This is not a few old, antiquated, archaic regulation.  It turned into a part of comprehensive immigration reform, and it's miles the first-rate, in no way used weapon available to combat open lawlessness by way of elected officials who're encouraging aliens to return to their towns and then harboring the ones extraterrestrial beings.

    This behavior is a felony.
Satirically, lawmakers made it worse fo those who harbor and solicit illegal aliens to come back or live right here than it did for the extraterrestrial beings themselves to go into illegally.  Illegal access is a ‘crime’ inside the feel that it's far misdemeanor.  It’s really worth noting that open borders advocates often angrily denounce the time period “illegal alien.”  the term displays the often genuine fact that maximum illegal extraterrestrial beings did input illegally, though it's far real that the ones here on a visa who overstay are simply guilty of the civil violation of being, “undocumented.”

In a perfect global, we might go back the ones stuck coming into illegally or those overstaying their welcome.  But, immigration reform targeted folks that make the most illegal extraterrestrial beings for added punishment.  It especially sought to punish folks that encourage unlawful extraterrestrial beings to return here, or once here, triggered them to stay right here in violation of the law. It in all likelihood did so recognizing that such behavior creates incentives for mass unlawful immigration.  Thus, the law sought to punish the exploiters greater than the exploited.

Sanctuary metropolis leaders are alien exploiters. They may be federal felons.
