Nadler, who seats the House Judiciary Committee, says President Trump can't simply disregard Congressional subpoenas as he says he will. 

Nadler calls it "a major offer to remove control from Congress and offer it to the president – to make the president significantly more of a ruler." 

"We can't permit that," Nadler proceeded. "Any president, any organization must be considered responsible and Congress must probably carry out its responsibility."
