The dissident who tossed Russian banners at President Trump in the Legislative hall on Tuesday has been captured.

An announcement from Legislative center Police recognizes the nonconformist as 36-year-old Ryan Clayton of Sterling, Va., and says that he has been to begin with accused of unlawful lead.

Police captured Clayton after they say he tossed Russian banners at Trump as the president entered a lunch with GOP congresspersons. He could be heard yelling "Trump is conspiracy."
The occurrence is under crutiny, as per police.
Clayton recognized himself as an individual from "Americans Make a move." He is purportedly a similar man who requested that Jared Kushner sign a Russian banner, and who got participants at the Moderate Political Activity Meeting to wave Russian banners amid Trump's discourse, as per ABC News.
The dissent came in the midst of various examinations concerning Russian impedance in the 2016 presidential race. Trump has beforehand called the Russia test a "witch chase."
The president was meeting with Republican legislators on State house Slope with an end goal to advance gathering solidarity.
